Scholarships

A limited amount of support is available to families based on financial need or the individual circumstances of a student. Scholarships are of a modest size, aimed at making a small contribution to families who need assistance for their child to attend St Kevin’s College.

The closing date for all scholarship applications is the 1st of September in any given academic year. Please submit a letter of application to the Principal detailing your circumstances, prior to this date. Applicants must have submitted an enrolment application and undertaken their enrolment interview with the Principal.

Edmund Rice Day Student Scholarship

This scholarship covers the annual tuition fees for the day school. It is awarded to a student on the basis of financial need. Applicants will be required to complete a confidential statutory declaration of family income and net worth as part of their application. A limited number of awards will be made annually, preferably at entry level.

Redcastle Boarding Scholarship

This scholarship contributes $3000 towards boarding fees. It is awarded to a student on the basis of financial need. Applicants will be required to complete a confidential statutory declaration of family income and net worth as part of their application. A limited number of awards will be made annually, preferably at entry level.

Dominican Participation Scholarship

This scholarship provides a significant contribution to the hostel fees for the recipients of the Participation Scholarship. It is awarded to a student on the basis of financial need and is awarded to those students that wish to participate fully in the co-curricular areas of the school and to do so they require to stay at the hostel of a short period of time each week.

Applicants will be required to complete an application to the Principal after an interview with the Director of Boarding. Please ring the Office to make an appointment.
