St Kevin's College is an Integrated, Catholic, Year 9 to 15, secondary, boarding and day school situated in Oamaru, New Zealand. It has a long-established tradition of academic excellence and outstanding all-round achievement. The College was founded in 1927 by the Christian Brothers and is set in 27 hectares of park like surroundings, offering superb facilities and world class educational opportunities. Students have the opportunity to excel academically, culturally and in sporting pursuits. We provide meaningful leadership opportunities and strive to create an environment that challenges our young people to deepen their personal spirituality in an authentic and relevant way. St Kevin’s College provides high quality holistic education. Students have the opportunity to excel academically, culturally and in sporting pursuits.Our focus is on encouraging participation and involvement. Academically our NCEA results are among the highest in the country. Our dedicated staff enable students to achieve the qualifications they need to pursue their dreams. 

Culturally our students are exposed to a strong tradition of public speaking, debating, singing, music and drama. Regular cultural competitions and performances take place both in our auditorium and throughout the region.

Sport is important at St Kevin’s with all students being encouraged to participate, this results in a broad base of teams. A range of sports are available including netball, rugby, hockey, basketball, soccer, kayaking, rowing and softball. The College has its own golf course, swimming pool, turf and gymnasium.
